Here there are templates in both Word and Latex formats.
Latex tips:
- Use \include to include a section would cause the included content to start on a new page. To avoid starting on a new page, use \input instead of \include.
- To install new x.sty file on linux: copy the file to /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/x/x.sty, then run texhash. Sometimes one may also run texconfig. On Windows there is a GUI tool for updating the hash.
